Profile of Learning Track

Classified Office Professionals have a unique skill set that requires diplomacy, critical thinking, database management and reporting, and customer service.  For classified office professionals at the University of Oregon, we have created an online learning track to help you hone these skills.

We are utilizing the Skillsoft/Skillport e-learning resource for this online training as it is available to UO employees 24x7, from any computer that can link into the UO webpage.  This resource is available at no charge to UO employees. 

Note to classified staff:  Please share this new training offering with your supervisor and partner with them in this professional growth opportunity.  This training is not required and may be completed at the employee's discretion.  However, supervisor approval is required to be compensated as work time and release time must be requested in order to complete the training during regularly scheduled work hours.  Refer to the SEIU Collective Bargaining Agreement for more information.
