This Learning and Development website is being phased out.

Content and online services have moved to the Human Resources website. Visit Learning and Development on the HR website to find:

Making Tracks is no longer available.

Making Tracks, the course listing and registration system, has been discontinued. HR launched a new learning management system, MyTrack on November 6, 2017.

  • Access your MyTrack account through the HR website beginning November 6, 2017.
  • View available learning activities through the Learning Library once logged in to MyTrack.

MyTrack replaces Making Tracks.

HR expanded the MyTrack system, previously used for recruitment and onboarding, to include a learning module focused on employee professional learning and development. The learning module in MyTrack provides course registration, which replaces Making Tracks

Transferring records for each employee from Making Tracks to MyTrack is part of the implementation plan. However, all records may not transfer. Employees can download their user registration report from Making Tracks to obtain a record of their course history.

Get your registration report.

Here's how to obtain a course history record from Making Tracks:

  1. Log in using the link in the upper right corner.
  2. Select "My Registration Report" from the top menu.
  3. Print the report from the web browser.
    • Select "File" from the browser menu, then select "Print."
