The University of Oregon is a learning community, offering opportunities to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities to employees (faculty, staff, and administration). For those individuals and groups who reflect on their learning needs and seek out learning opportunities, Organizational Development and Training (ODT) is here to help meet that need. ODT utilizes a distributed network approach where we tap into existing learning providers, as well as offering a variety of resources to meet individual learning preferences. ODT brings people together to learn in an interactive, purposeful, challenging, and supportive environment, resulting in new knowledge and skills that enhance confidence and competence in the UO workforce.
