The University of Oregon is a learning community.  Organizational Development and Training (ODT) is here as a provider for that learning community, enhancing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the faculty, staff, and administrators in support of the UO mission.   Utilizing a distributed network approach, ODT taps into existing learning providers to offer a central resource for interactive, purposeful, challenging, and supportive learning experiences that enhance the competence and confidence of the UO workforce.
